As our famous hero Jose Rizal says,
"Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan"
(The youth is the hope of our future). And with this alone, we believe that building a good foundation in our youth could mold future doctors, engineers, teachers, and even leaders. Since year 2000, we are celebrating the International Youth Day which promotes consciousness through different issues of the youth. This year's aim is Dialogue and Mutual Understanding. I am very fortunate of having such a wonderful parents that let's me speak up my thoughts while sharing a (feast) dinner together. We talked about how I rank one on my Journalism exam, how kuya heard sweetest "Yes" from his then-girlfriend-now-wife girl of his dreams, and how my younger sis dance to the tune of Waka-Waka by Shakira. And as the Lucky Me TV commercial says,
Tomorrow's International Youth Day. Let's celebrate youth and bring more good memories to our siblings, friends, and children around the globe. Cheers! :)
