It's not so long ago when a boy was born. The eighth of ten children to an African American working-class family , in Gary, Indiana, an industrial suburb of Chicago.[]
With an interview with Oprah, he admitted been abused physically and emotionally, learning his talents the hard way. He's been trained of singing and dancing instead of playing outside their house, enjoying his childhood. Then Jackson 5 was born. One of the songs that I could remember was "Ben" which speculations says Jackson dedicated to a mouse he learned to called his friend when abuse by his father Joe took place. He rose to stardom. He became an icon with his "bitin" pants and white socks, distinctive black sequin jacket and golf glove. He "Heal(ed) the World" with his songs, made us realize how we should change ourselves first in his "Man in the Mirror", learned to deny things with "Billie Jean", learned how to fall inlove with "I Just Can't Stop Loving You", pays tribute to AIDS victims such as his friend Ryan White. Then the rest is (as they say), a history.
I just wanted to relive his music, his influence as an artist, and what he has become from an abused kid. Today is supposedly Michael Jackson's 52nd birthday.
..on August 13, 2010 at the Araneta Coliseum. Yes. You've heard/read it right and clear. The American R&B group of the 90's will soon land on to make Filipinos fall inlove over and over again. It was so called THE LOVE TOUR. Be mesmerized with their classic songs.
Some of which includes 4 Seasons of Loneliness, the color of love, Human Nature, You Make Me Feel Brand New, Open Arms, and so much more.
Charice Pempengco got a Botox!
When surgery became a trend that doesn't mean you have to be "in". That's the talk of the town nowadays. Just recently, Filipino pop star, regarded by Oprah as "the most talented girl in the world", Charice Pempengco http://www.charicemusic.com undergone a botox procedure. People were like, "what the? She's just 18!" It's like a contagious disease circulating all over the Internet that speculates her young age over the concept of the procedure.
Botox, when used as a cosmetic, will temporarily improve the appearance of moderate-to-severe frown lines between the eyebrows by means of paralyzing it of some sort. I'm not a doctor or a medical practitioner to elaborate it well. But Charice, when ask why did she undergone the procedure, says she got it to relieve her jaw problem. There's nothing wrong with that. whether she did it because of medical or personal reasons, it's up to her. And besides, she'll be rubbing elbows with the Glee Stars and I think she just wanted to make her look more contoured or celebrity-like.
I just hope she'll not be addicted to her. Just take a look at Heidi Montag and Lindsay Lohan. Don't say I don't warn you, kiddo.
Charice begins filming Glee this month and plays a foreign exchange student who will serve as serious competition for lead character Rachel Berry (Lea Michele). [source]
"Anong gusto mo, milo, 3-in-1 o asin? Marami tayong pagpipilian ngayong dinner with candle light tayo."

Amen. :p
I don't know if any of you did watch this highschooLISH series but yours truly, (ehem) enjoyed this show for quite sometime now. I like how it connects music to the life of each an every members of the Glee Club. How they conquer fears, sadness, and brings passion into music.
They made various renditions of Madonna, Lady Gaga, Beyonce and now Coldplay songs. Initially, the band refused the idea of using their songs on the said TV Show. But later they called up Ryan Murphy, the creator of the show, and said they can have the catalog of the songs.
As of the moment, Bryan Adams is the solely artist to refused the show's pleas.
Now, imagine Viva la Vida been sung by Kurt Hummel. :p
Ok, I know this is quite late but I wanted to blog it anyway. Haha. Sunday, June 13, 2010 when the first Pilipinas Got Talent, one of the "Got Talent" franchise owned by the British music executive Simon Cowell, crowned it's first royalty. The mesmirizing performance night happened at June 12 and Jovit Baldovino won the other day. Yes he is good, he has the makings of a star blah blah but for ME, they're the most deserving:
Warning: This post is unformative, uncertain, and emotional. It might bore you. Discontinue while you had time.
I thought, "I remember the boy, but I don't remember the feeling..anymore."
..not until I saw you - again.
"I'm just asking you for the same thing that [you] preachers teach us every day in Church. And that's faith." How can I hold on if you chose to let go?
You told me: "You have to promise you won't fall in love with me." and I said "That's not a problem." But now? It is, actually.
"I do not need a reason to be angry with God." But remembering our story, I became a sinner.
I'm always into a nowhere thinking. Only the vision and your feel keeps me believing. "It's like the wind. I can't... see it, but I feel it."
They say, "Our love is like the wind... I can’t see it, but I sure can feel it." Don't you get enough of it? Then what do you breath to live?
"Without suffering there would be no compassion." Then, did I get enough dose of it? Let others suffer.
"Find out who you are, and do it on purpose." I just found mine - to love you. Can you help me with this purpose come to life?
"Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful." -If everybody would take this definition of love seriously? Perhaps nobody would cry, suffer, and gone love anymore.
"Maybe God has a bigger plan/s for me than I had for myself." I gotta hold on.
